with a Labour and a Management representative to design an interactive
conference format that featured: a pre-conference survey of
human resource practices; concurrent workshops on various human
resource topics (e.g., apprenticeship administration); workshop
reports to plenary; guest speakers; and, open-microphone sessions.
Prepared the agenda, handouts and master PowerPoint presentation.(2001)
Facilitated the 1st Annual Training
Conference (1 ½ days, 74 delegates) and subsequent
Steering Committee meetings held to prepare a draft Action
Plan from the Conference deliberations (2001). Facilitated
the 2nd Annual Training Conference, building a consensus among
the industry representatives on strategic recommendations
(2002). Drafted the final report outlining the process and
Action Plan.
