in the organized electrical industry in Ontario. Designed
and facilitated their 1st Annual Training Conference, attended
by 74 delegates, to identify best practices in: apprenticeship
administration; apprentice training; journeyman training;
and, recruitment. (2001) Subsequently, worked with a Steering
Committee to develop a draft Action Plan. Designed and facilitated
their 2nd Annual Training Conference, to build a consensus
on strategic recommendations. (2002)

of Labour-Management relations and practical experience in
negotiation and conflict resolution. Labour and Management
partners typically view her as a neutral, third-party facilitator
skilled in managing competing interests and building consensus.
