Developed customized curricula and delivered several four-day
negotiation training sessions (introductory and intermediate)
based on the work of the Harvard Negotiation Project (1999-2000).
Participants learned how to: apply the principles of interest-based
negotiation; negotiate in difficult situations (e.g., dealing
with positional negotiators and confrontation); and, fast
track negotiating teams to peak performance.
While pursuing a graduate degree at Harvard University, Carol
MacLeod studied negotiation at Harvard Law School under Professors
Roger Fisher and Bruce Patton to complement her hands-on experience
as a negotiator and negotiation trainer.
